+ How much notice do I need to give for a Catering Request?

All requests must be submitted and confirmed at least 3 weeks prior to your event date.

+ Can I change my menu or update the number of guests once it has been placed?

Yes, you may make any changes up to 1 week prior to your event date. All changes must be approved by the catering manager. No exceptions.

+ Do you offer tastings?

Yes, with adequate advance notice we can arrange for you to taste items before you decide on your menu. In general, we need a week's notice to schedule a tasting.

+ What is the cancellation policy?

Please cancel your booking at least 72 hours prior to your event date. Note: $100 deposit will not be refunded.

+ What does your setup require?

For Shaved Snow & Halo Halo, our setup requires a 10 ft x 10 ft space and access to a standard electric outlet. For Boba Tea, our setup requires space for a standard 6ft rectangular table.

+ Do I need to supply my own cups, plates, spoons, straws, or napkins for my catering order?

No, we provide all supplies for your catering order.

+ When is my balance due?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of your booking. Remaining balance is due at least 1 week prior to your event.

+ How do I pay for my catering order?

You may make an online payment via invoice link emailed to you or you may pay cash, in person.

+ What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfers, which come at no charge to you. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express but we do advise that there is a credit card fee of 3.0% per credit card transaction.

+ Are you insured?

Yes. If your event venue requires any permit or insurance information, just let us know!

+ Is a gratuity automatically added to my order?

We do not automatically add gratuities to catering bookings. We are often asked if tipping is customary, to which we respond that some customers do and others do not. The matter is up to you. Gratuities are shared among all who helped prepare and execute your order.

+ How long are the catering services?

Our servers can service guests for up to 2 hours. Typical service is 1 hour long.

+ How many flavors do I get?

For shaved snow, 1 flavor block + 2 toppings. For halo halo, 4 toppings pre-filled in cups + 1 flavor ice ice cream. For halo halo bar, 10 toppings for guests to choose from. For boba tea, 2 flavors + boba. Extra flavors and toppings can be added at an additional charge.

+ Are there any operations fees or taxes?

All costs for operations are included in the base price. Taxes are not included and will be charged on top of the catering package subtotal.

+ Are there any additional delivery fees?

Additional fees may apply location is outside our 15 mile delivery radius.
