Let's be honest — nobody gets excited about another catalog of wrapping paper. A Snoice fundraiser is different. Your supporters get a treat they already love, and your cause earns a share of every sale. We're a proudly Filipino-American, family-run dessert shop, and we've spent years sweetening San Diego's celebrations — weddings, birthdays, block parties, and school events all over the county. When you fundraise with us, you're not just raising money. You're bringing your community together over something sweet.
How it works
Four simple steps from application to check in hand.
Apply online
Tell us about your group and pick your fundraiser type. Just give us at least 30 days' notice so we can plan and promote it right.
Get a quick yes
Our events team reviews your application and reaches out within 2-3 days to lock in your date and details.
We promote & host
You'll get a ready-to-use flyer or our full Snoice branded toolkit. On your big day, we bring the dessert, the setup, and the smiles.
Get your check
About 2-3 weeks after your event, we mail your group a check for your share of the sales.

On-Site at Your School
We roll our dessert bar right onto your campus or event — game nights, fall festivals, back-to-school nights, you name it. We bring everything; you bring the crowd. (Up to 2 hours.)
In-Store Night
Pick a weeknight and send your community our way. Every order from your supporters earns your cause a share — and they get a treat they love. (Mon–Thu, up to 3 hours.)
Coupon & Gift Card Sale
Your members sell Snoice gift cards or coupon pairs over two weeks. Easy to run and easy to love — perfect for teams and clubs.

How much can your group raise?
Your group earns 15% of net sales, so the bigger the turnout, the bigger the check. Big school events and on-site setups can raise even more.

Fundraiser FAQs

We love partnering with schools, PTAs and PTOs, sports teams, clubs, and registered nonprofits and community groups around San Diego. A few things we're not able to fund: individual causes (scholarships, stipends, or personal expenses), for-profit ventures, religious or political activities, capital campaigns, endowments, or memorials, and individual study, research, or travel grants. Not sure if your group fits? Just ask — we're happy to help.

At least 30 days before your date. That gives us time to plan, and gives you time to spread the word — which is the real secret to a big check.

Nothing upfront. You bring the supporters; we handle the dessert and the setup.

About 2–3 weeks after your event, we mail your group a check for 15% of net sales. (Donations don't include sales tax or tips.) Checks go to a business or organization address — we're not able to mail to a residence or PO box.

Your group's Tax ID on a completed W-9, plus your logo. To send the W-9: download a blank form from the IRS, fill it out, upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox, and paste the share link into your application. It takes about five minutes

Yes! Our On-Site option brings the whole dessert bar to your campus or event, anywhere in our service area. Tell us your location in the application and we'll confirm.
