We recommend submitting your fundraiser request at least 3 weeks in advance. This gives both Snoice and your organization enough time to confirm the details, prepare promotional materials, and give your community plenty of notice.

Once your fundraiser is confirmed, Snoice can provide a promotional flyer kit that your organization can easily personalize and share with your community. We recommend promoting through your organization's social media, email newsletters, group chats, school or organization announcements, and other communication channels leading up to the event.

Snoice may provide additional promotional support depending on the fundraiser or event. However, organizations should plan to actively promote the fundraiser within their own community, as participation from your members, families, friends, and supporters will have the biggest impact on the success of your fundraiser.

We offer two setup options for events. Our booth setup is a traditional pop-up style setup where our team serves guests from a designated booth space, while our van pop-up setup incorporates the Snoice van for a more unique setup. Both options work well for outdoor events, and our team can help determine which setup is the best fit based on your event space and needs.

About 2–3 weeks after your fundraiser, your organization will receive 15% of net sales from the event. For the quickest payout, we prefer to send donations electronically through Zelle, Venmo, or a payment link. A mailed check is also available upon request. 

We’ll need your organization’s completed W-9, Tax ID, logo, and a valid business or organization mailing address. These details help us set up your fundraiser and process your donation after the event.
